The flavours of the Danube-Vltava European region

The Pilsen region is pleased to invite all fans of excellent food to the gastronomic event entitled The flavours of the Danube-Vltava European region, held together with the 5th year of the Pilsen Region Foods Festival on Friday, 29 May from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the courtyard of the Pilsner Urquell brewery in Pilsen.

Part of the festival will be a farmers’ market offering a range of the best regional produce from the Pilsen region. The program will also include a culinary show featuring produce from the Danube-Vltava European region.

The program will also include the National Chef Team of the Czech Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, as well as the winner of the Vaříme to slow (Cooking it slow) competition – the team from the secondary hotel school in Pilsen.

The host of the event will be Petr Vacek.  The program will be accompanied by music performances.
