Pilsner Fest Back at the Brewery

This year, we celebrate 184 years since the first batch of Pilsner Urquell was brewed – the legendary golden lager that inspired the world! And what better way to celebrate than together at the traditional Pilsner Fest? After a one-year break, during which the festival took place in Plzeň’s main square, it is returning to where it truly belongs – right back at the Pilsner Urquell Brewery.

At One Table

This year’s edition brings a brand-new festival concept. The heart of the action will be a large festival tent in the brewery courtyard, featuring the main stage and a packed music programme. But the festival won’t be limited to the tent – you can also enjoy events at the Na Spilce Pub and in the courtyard by Formanka. Throughout the brewery grounds, you can look forward to great food, plenty of beer (including unfiltered Pilsner Urquell) and a rich accompanying programme. Alongside live music, there will be special brewery tours, beer tapping courses, competitions, a pub quiz, stand-up comedy shows, and festival hosts Jirka Pelnář and Luděk Holý. Celebrating All Week Long

For the first time in its history, Pilsner Fest will last an entire week – from 5 to 10 October 2026. The festival grounds will open daily from 3:00 PM, and from 11:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. The programme will run until 10:00 PM during the week, while on Friday and Saturday you can enjoy the festival until midnight.

Free Admission

Admission to the festival grounds and all festival zones is free of charge. However, the capacity of the main tent is limited. If you want to guarantee your entry, we recommend purchasing a VIP Pilsner Fest Pass (see more information below). If you do not have a pass, we recommend arriving as early as possible.

VIP Pilsner Fest Pass

Want to enjoy the festival to the fullest? The VIP Pilsner Fest Pass includes guaranteed entry to the main tent, unlimited beer and other beverages from the Plzeňský Prazdroj portfolio throughout the day, a portion of goulash, and a festival glass to take home.

The VIP Pass costs CZK 750 on Friday and Saturday, and a discounted CZK 450 on all other festival days. The number of VIP Passes is limited and they will be available online only, until sold out. They will not be available for purchase at the festival. The pass is valid for one person on one festival day.

Unfiltered Lager

What would Pilsner Fest be without unfiltered lager? You’ll be able to enjoy it throughout the festival across the entire brewery grounds. You can also taste a variety of other beers from the Plzeňský Prazdroj portfolio.

Practical Information

Parking will not be available inside the brewery grounds during the festival. We recommend using public transport, taxi services, or parking facilities near the brewery. The festival will be cashless – more information coming soon. Please do not bring large bags or luggage to the festival. Leave your four-legged friends at home. Programme subject to change.
